returns & exchanges

We understand the need for occasional returns and exchanges. Returns are accepted on unused items in original condition for exchange, store credit or a refund to the original form of payment. 
Custom orders, special orders (including size orders) and sale items are final sale.  
Please notify us within 5 days of receiving your order if you expect the need for an exchange or return, and we will follow up with you within 24 hours. All returns must be shipped within 5 days after receiving it. Once you have shipped, please email us the tracking number. If you need assistance, we are happy to process a return label to you. We will credit your account minus the fee for the return label. ansun is not responsible for fees or customs taxation that may be associated with your return.
Please pack the items carefully, using the original packaging so that they are not damaged during the return shipping process. The item must arrive unused, in original condition, accompanied by the original packaging.
Upon accepting returned merchandise, we will process your exchange/refund or store credit within 5 business days, and send you an email confirmation. Please note that the refund / credit is calculated based on the merchandise value only (taxes and shipping fees can not be credited). Store credit is valid for 8 months after issue.
Any return received after 10 days will be returned at your expense. For any questions or concerns regarding the return process, please email info@ansunnyc.com.

ORDER CANCELLATION
ansun is not able to cancel an order once it has been placed. If for some reason you need cancel your order, please email for shipping details.
