Many of our pieces are hand made to order just for you. This high quality hand work takes time and the designers process can not be rushed. We always want to accommodate your timing, so please reach out and let us know the dates that you wish to receive. Although we cannot make any guarantees, we will always try to accommodate your requests and expedite when possible!

Orders are shipped within two business days or less. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday. Please email should you require other arrangements. All items are inspected carefully for quality before leaving our shop. Should you receive an item that is not acceptable, please contact us immediately.
All packages are insured with a signature required for delivery. For your security, we require accurate contact information including a telephone number. Inability to get approval for payment or verify addresses will cause delays in shipping.

Domestic (Continental U.S.) can be shipped UPS or FedEx from New York. Expedited domestic orders will be shipped 2nd Day Air or Overnight with applied shipping rates. Orders are shipped from New York City and New York residents will pay retail sales tax of 8.875%. Outside of New York shipments will not pay this sales tax.
International orders are shipped via DHL or Fedex. Rates and delivery dates are determined by the carrier based on your shipping location and required schedule. Please note, All international packages are subject to taxes and duties upon delivery in your territory. Shipping quotes exclude duties and taxes. curious pollen is not responsible for import taxes and duties.

Special orders include custom sizes, alternative gemstones, metal choices, and more. All special orders are made to order by the designer and take a minimum of 3 weeks to complete. Price may vary depending on size and material, we will contact you with any changes before finalizing. Special orders are non-returnable and non-refundable and we do request full payment upon order.
We offer an engraving service for our pieces when it is technically possible. Please note that some of our designs are too delicate to add engraving. Please contact us with any questions prior to placing your engraving order.

We understand the need for occasional returns and exchanges. Returns are accepted on unused items in original condition for exchange, store credit or a refund to the original form of payment.

Please notify us within 5 days of receiving your order if you expect the need for an exchange or return, and we will reply within 24 hours. All returns must be shipped within 5 days after receiving it. Once you have shipped, please email us the tracking number. If you need assistance, we are happy to process a return label to you. We will credit your account minus the fee for the return label. ansun is not responsible for fees or customs taxation that may be associated with your return.
Please pack the items carefully, using the original packaging so that they are not damaged during the return shipping process. The item must arrive unused, in original condition, accompanied by the original packaging.
Upon accepting returned merchandise, we will process your exchange/refund or store credit within 5 business days, and send you an email confirmation. Please note that the refund / credit is calculated based on the merchandise value only (taxes and shipping fees can not be credited). Store credit is valid for 8 months after issue.
