about

ansun introduces contemporary Japanese-related jewelry and crafted objects to an international audience. Rooted in light and material honesty, each piece reflects deeply etched moments and a lasting presence.

More than a platform, ansun is a continuation of a personal and cultural legacy.

Founder Keiko Anzai was raised in Tokyo, in a family deeply engaged in art, music, and culture. Her great-grandfather, a silk merchant from Yokohama, traveled to New York in the early 20th century and founded a trading company called Anzai Shoten. ansun quietly honors this lineage. The name itself is an homage—bridging past and present, Japan and New York.

At the heart of ansun is a quiet bridge built through craft, care, and cultural exchange.

We collaborate with independent makers whose work is rooted in Japanese tradition and shaped by unique techniques and thoughtful design.
